Floor plan design of office + Several rendering iterations made for client of main office lobby.

Concept

Project consisted of maximizing usability with the amount of little space available to incorporate a reception desk, as many desks as possible and a conference room. Seating and storage space were a concern so our solution was to design custom bench seating with storage cubby in the two nooks of the east wall for waiting clients.

Special consideration was taken into branding developing a textured wall with their logo behind the reception room and in the background a video wall for added flexibility to their marketing and presentation approach, displaying available properties to clients.
